At Digital Web Solutions, we strive to provide the highest quality service. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Service-Based Nature

Our services (SEO, Social Media Management, Content Creation) involve the allocation of time and human resources. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed or hours that have already been spent.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, please notify us at least 7 days before your billing cycle renews.

3. Exceptions

We will offer a full refund if:

• You request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, AND we have not yet started working on your project.
• We are unable to deliver the service agreed upon due to our own internal issues.
